I have been listening to Meditation CDs if you are interested..
I like Shinzen Young's Beginner's Guide to Meditation.
Also, I like Jack Kornfield but I can't remember the name of the CD :/ Something like Begginer's Meditation.

I suggest checking what your local library has! Good Luck!!
