I just want to introduce myself. I have been suffering from spinal stenosis for more than 6 years and have had one operation, a laminotomy, last year.
It did not really provide any relief. I am going to sign off now. Thank you

Hello Pattie and welcome to NeuroTalk from me as well.

I can certainly understand what you must be going through with your back as my hubby has similar problems as your own. Hubby actually saw a neurosurgeon this morning and it looks like he will need spinal surgery soon to ease his pain, and the Neuro thinks he will have to have it very soon.

I'm so sorry that you're suffering Patti. I hope you soon get some relief from your pain..
