Tens unit

I just ordered a tens unit off the internet. I was wondering if anyone with TOS used a tens unit & if it helped?:)

I think some have them.

I have a EMS stim - I have more muscle pain than nerve pain, so it works great for that. I wish I had gotten an IF stim - my next one will be IF for sure. But so far the EMS works good enough.
and my far-infra red heating pad
and my memory foam pillow & mattress topper
and my inflatable exercise ball & foam roll

gosh what a collection of gadgets:p
still have my collection of thumb splint, elbow pads and wrist wraps stuffed in a drawer LOL

I have a nice one. Many settings. The best thing is that it has so many wave motion type settings that I don;t get that bee sting feeling. I hated the first unit I had that felt like bee's stinging over and over.

Sometimes I use it for many hours at night. Especially when I get that feeling of a butcher knife above the shoulder blade.

It is one thing in the bag of tricks. I haave more things in my bathroom cabinet then my grandmother did.
