I hope to get a second coat of paint on the porch railing before my sil arrives today. Farmers Mkt will be open up in Buchanan so I'll make an asparagus run...you can't have too much fresh asparagus and the season here is about over. Also hope to get my sweet basil replanted (it's died twice on me..I guess because it's too cold at night) also want to get my new hollyhocks in the ground...thanks Barbo...I think since they like a lot of sun I'll put them right next to the barn.

I hope BJ is feeling some better and everyone has a good day.

Rebecca finished the classroom part of drivers ed so we have to go to the high school today and pick up the paper that says she passed the reading part of her standardized testing so she can take her permit test.

I told Scott i was taking him to several places today to get job applications. and "HE" was doing the driving... hes getting better with his driving, but still a long way from getting his liscense. One of his goals is to have his drivers liscense before he graduates HS next year.... i think he can do it....

I need to give Caspian, our sheltie, a bath today too... hes a stinky boy for sure :rolleyes:

Got a lot of things done this morning as well as meetings...so...my plate went from full to empty...
there was a bug crawling on my plate...after some flicking...nothing at the moment!

I'm having lunch with a friend from church...and this is making me sweep out my car and wash all of Coopers noseprints from the windows. :o

I got the suitcase out of the closet..can't believe how fast this is coming up! I was thrilled with my dr.apt. yesterday...have one precancerous place but at my age, fair skin w/blue eyes I'll probably always have one of those...said we'll wait and freeze it at the fall apt. (he's so considerate..asked if I had any plans coming up that I wanted to look presentable for):rolleyes:
