Need some advice

Hello everyone still having an awful time here. I am really down today.I really don't feel able to work 8hrs a day,and driving brings more pain.I am about 45min. from the city. My ability to earn my wage is destroyed,my nerves are frayed,I have lost hope for a normal future.

[I would have 2 options, being deemed or 13wks of assisted job search.]

I don't know what being deemed means???

Would you HAVE to work full time? vs work part time and ins pays balance - or something like that?
Has any dr given any limitations or work restrictions for you?

hope this will bump it up for more replies too.

Hello Jo,deeming is when wc says I can work full days with permanent work restrictions.Let's say if a person made 10.00 hr before work place accident, and they feel I am able to now work for minimum wage, lets say 6.70 hr,the difference is 3.30 hr and only 85% of that.

I'm from Canada too

Hi Hairdresser..........I too am from Canada....and on WC. Do you have the option of voc-rehab? School? What are your restrictions???? WC has paid for me to go back to school because it was difficult finding work with my restrictions. PM me if you wish....

UGGHH,
the system is soo harsh on those of us that have Invisible injuries!!!

You can't trust the docs or the comp attys to "really" care and help !

All i can suggest is to really think it all out and do what is best for YOU and your future!

sorry i'm venting - i just found out I have to pay the full amt of my leftover PT bills. Or get sued for it?/ 5000.00 !

I think I'll start a new thread for my vent.
