Houstin, we have a problem.

I finally have an Avatar but it is stationary. It is suppose to be dancing. What can I do now? Those kittys have been everywhere while I have tried to get them coralled in that little box. I was so proud of myself.

Blessed are they that can laugh at themselves, for they never cease

when you just resize a gif smaller it will lose it's animation. here is link to a program that will shrink it and keep the movement.

very easy to use. many of the members have used it.

i'm getting it the right size, but losing the movement.
