Medicare cut 10% in July 2008?
 

I am not sure where this should be posted, but if I am out of line, please delete it or move it where the most people can see it.

I think this is pretty current news and I haven't seen it mentioned on here.
Here is some info. I have emailed all of my representatives. This is one of those things that may change fast.

About This Legislation:

This bill would reverse a projected 10% cut in Medicare and TRICARE payments to doctors that otherwise would take place on July 1. Instead, the bill would authorize modest increases in payments to doctors for the remainder of 2008 and for 2009.

Anyone else know what is going on? Even if you are not on Medicare or Tricare, you probably have a parent or relative who is.

I posted it on 4 different forums. This is the ONLY forum that does not have even one person asking about it. The other forums have many, many people saying they have not heard about it.
