RSD spreading to face/head

So I've started the stellate and lumbar nerve blocks for the pain in the body. But that's for the neck down...

Is there anything short of ketamine infusion - my PM is a big ketamine guy - to deal with one's rapidly deteriorating forehead and around the eyes?
