Cooling device study
 

I think this is a study I tried to enroll in but was too late. I think it is a machine that is already used on professional athletes during the summer seasons if they are bothered by heat.

Anyone else know anymore about it?

It sounds like the Avacore, http://www.avacore.com/. Not sure of the price, but I think it is a little pricey. Been out for about 5 years.
