We have a reading at the bottom of the main index that gives the number of most users ever online at one time. It's currently at 697 on 3/18/08. So, anybody wanna try and change that number?

It might take some networking and a little effort, but it could be a fun project for absolutely no reason!

All you lurkers out there, you can help too, just be online at the appointed time, no need to be a registered member.

And did you have to say "Just for the fun of it"? My grandmother used to say this all the time and it drove me crazy. Then my DD found that out and now she is always saying it!!

I'm for it. Just hope it will be a time and day that I can.

Think that may be the hardest part of all for everyone to agree
of the time and day.

I think so too, Jappy, but if we use all our resources, here and outside the boards, I think we can do it. We'd have to "fan out" as they say, email everyone we know and ask them to hit the link at the appointed time.

Since logoff doesn't happen instantly, I suspect that we'd have about a fifteen-minute window for everyone. Our friends and family really don't have to spend any time here, just click the link and sit on it for a second or two. I think it's entirely possible.:cool:

I'm in. Sounds like a fun thing. Oh wait, I voted on all three times as it really doesn't matter but IT DOES!:eek::o Nothing before 9:00 a.m. EST as I'm on Pacific time. So I will not be up 6, 7, or 8 a.m. EST. LOL
