This going Wheat Free bites!

I LOVE pasta & bread so much! So far I can NOT find bread that is wheat free and taste good.
DH and I went out to eat last night and he had a pizza, I kept asking him if the crust was good.:icon_rolleyes:

Look for "gluten-free" products. As for tasting good...good luck on that.

NO PIZZA~ Now, that's a crime! Shoot your Dr.

How bad do you get if you eat wheat???

You may have to take the same approach, as you do with your Meds. does the good outweigh the bad, do the pluses outweigh the minuses, do the benefits outweigh the detriments...etc...etc....etc..:D

Well I get bad IBS SX when I eat wheat, I was told years ago I just had IBS but for the 1st time in over 20 years I don't have ANY SX of IBS. So I bet I can do small amounts now and than and be OK.

Erin524 06-18-2008 09:38 PM

Be careful with the small amounts too. I've got a friend who is so sensitive that just a bite of something with wheat in it will set his symptoms off.

But, I guess you do have to experiment a little bit to see how you react. Just be careful!

Yeah, experiment at home!! :p
