strange feeling across belly

Anyone ever get a strange (Moving? vibrating? something?)feeling across their belly? Sort of a line passing over their belly button?

yes I have all sorts of bowel problems and not being able to go. This is a new one

Yes, I get that sensation from time to time. Do you get a shock-like sensation when you put your chin to your chest (L'hermitt's)? I also had that at the same time I had the weird tummy sensations. It usually meant I was beginning an exacerbation. :(

Motors Mommy,

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing but. . .

I get vibrations in the belly although it doesn't feel like a line it's the entire area.

Here is some information about L'Hermittes:

I get the roving flutters in my abdominal area just like I will get in my legs and arms sometimes. It DOES feel like there's something trying to get out when it's particularly strong! I can watch them and feel them with my hand, and even better, so can the old man...:p It freaks him out!

I just figure they are spasms. They come and go wherever they are emanating at the time and then they go away. They aren't painful, just weird.

Thanks everyone for the input.
But I figured it out.
It is SHINGLES pain. I usually only get in on one side of my lower back. So this is new. My back is starting to tingle. I hope the neuro will give me a RX.

TY
