Restless Less Syndrome

Anybody else?

'apparently can be caused by some drugs that are our staple - Anti-D and Anti Epilepsy, read mood stabilizer. Beta-blockers don't help.

Benzoes help 'though.

If it's an occaisional thing - I have found taking a calcium/magnesium blend supplement helps for me. Or just increase the foods containing those nutrients.

yes
now that I think about it...I never had restless leg syndrome until I was put on meds.
That is one reason my pdoc allows me to take a sleeping pill...when I was taken off of geodon and klonipin the restless leg thing hit hard!
now I don't have it at all with the ambien.
I never really thought about it before...
very interesting and a frustrating disorder so to speak.
