two weeks after epidural, question

I have a buldging L4, that happened at work, lifting-- they problem I have had for the last four months is sitting---does anyone else have this problem?
and how do you deal with it , after 15 minutes I have to stand up, the shot helped alittle- I think a nerve block would have been better

I might have to do that, walking is no problem , just when I am sitting
