I slept

Greetings,

I am amazed.
I slept since 9:30 pm.
I kept waking up every two or three hours but for the most part went back to sleep.

For no particular reason I am thinking of Jimmy Buffet:

I'm truly amazed. I slept from 2:00 last night to 9:15 this morning.

Something has changed. I can sleep at night now!

I totally forgot to take my night meds last night.
I slept anyway.

Now I have to take the meds. I hope I feel ok today.
