What could this be?
 

I used to take medication for Epilepsy. i've been off it a while due to other health complications. i've not had any seizures in a long time but for a while i thought i had Restless Leg Syndrome because of tingling in legs and feet. however, now it is in my arms and hands. Any idea what this is?

What you are discribing sounds like a partial lobe seizure. This is when a person starts to get a tingling in the body from to much electrical activity in the brain. If I may ask after this tingling happens do you feel tired or have a headache? If so you may want to see a neuro and have some testing done and get on a new seizure med. I've found that taking vitamin B12 has done wonders reducing my absence (petit mal) and complex partial seizures. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
