I wish I could give you the advice that you need, but I can't as I have MS and I don't know anything about acdf. Maybe one of the other members who I'm sure will be along shortly, will have information for you that I can't provide.

I'm so glad you found us though because I too am a 57 years old, and NeuroTalk has been my saving grace.

I'm sorry you're struggling with this, I'm sure that you will feel better once it's behind you.

You're doing fine, and you'll get the hang of the message boards in no time. It might help you to make lots of bookmarks at first, we have a lot of forums here. Also, any time you get lost, go to the toolbar at the top of every page and click on "User CP" which will take you to some options to subscribe to threads of interest.
