Numbness is a normal symptom with MS and in many cases it will remit on it's own.

Two of my toes can go numb on and off. There is a nerve in the foot that can get irritated. Believe it or not, it can affect your balance, so be careful. I ma not sure mine is MS, because I have hammer toes.

I went to a PT for other issues and they worked on the toes too. It did make it feel better. Be mindful of the shoes you are wearing. Sandals with no support make your toes grip more in the front and can make it feel worse.

Sneakers feel best, to me, but I can't always wear them. Good luck.
