Just made a video on Benefiber

You all know me. When I find a product that I like, and that I feel does what it's supposed to do, well I do my own infomercial on it.

So today is Day 3. Benefiber is still doing it's thing.

So on behalf of all diabetics who can't eat enough fruit to get enough fiber, HERE'S MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE WORLD OF GOOOOIIINNNGGGGG!!!

lol

No, it's quite good. I'm just sitting in front of my computer holding a bottle of Benefiber.

You can look!!! lol

Melody,

I LOVE Benefiber! But I don't need to use it as much anymore since Fiber One cereal does the job. But, boy, that Benefiber works great and I only needed very, very little. :)

I am taking the two teaspoons 3 times a day (in my crystal light with splenda drink).

I don't even realize that I take it.

I now go to the bathroom every day when I come home from Dunkin Donuts, after drinking my coffee.

How much do you take??

I'm still waiting for all the loose stools that they say you get when you take Magnesium Maleate.

I haven't experienced any loose stools at all.

And I still take a stool softner. But I'm only doing this for about a week now.

Maybe it takes longer for the magnesium to get into your system??

It does help with the leg cramps though.
