It's 5 am

And I have been awake for one hour, and two minutes. Waking up at 3:58 is NOT something I like to do, but when you have anxiety disorder, it happens.

I laid in bed for an hour not wanting to wake DW but when DD (dear dog) came in wanting breakfast and to go out, he woke her, I told her to go back to bed and I would do t this morning (he does this every morning at about 5) She said "what are you doing up"? I said, I didn't know. I really don't .... just thinking about 100 different things, worrying, stressing, that's life...

The pain is bad this morning too. Both surgical sites, back about an 8/10, hernia surgery scar about a 5/10. I don't want to take pain meds but I'm gonna, why? because all I want to do is sleep and they will help that.

Anyway, this thread is just here because I needed a place to put thoughts down...and say hi to all you east coasters and early risers.

For someone who likes to sleep in until about 9, this stinks.

Good morning, Earl!

Seems like lying in bed encourages the squirrels our heads to run faster on their wheel.

Now that you're up, perhaps it will slow them down to a nice, comfortable stroll.

It's a beautiful day. I hope you enjoy it.

Hi Earl~ I usually get up around 6:30, but oh I remember when I had to get up at 4:15am to open the club (fitness, not bar) ha. Something about the number 4 as in A.M. just bugged the heck outta me. Once I got up and moving, I was fine.

I am so glad those early morning hrs are behind me. I haven't worked outside of the home now for almost 2 yrs. *yippee* The pay stinks, but my health couldn't take it anymore. Now, go take a nap! You look tired!

Again!!!

Morning,

It's 5am again, who's up with me today? I have been up since 3:12. I was able to get up and feed/water/let the dog out before he woke DW. Then I am watching some internet TV with my ear phones in.

today is a "getting out" day, one of those days I dread where I HAVE to leave my home. I am getting a lot done as fast as I can before I come home. This I will fill everyone in on my adventure when I get home....

Morning Sir Earl. I was up at 5:30am and have just been sitting here enjoying the coffee and the sun coming up. I was up before you today (1:30am) but that was for a bathroom break. Does that count??? you need some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's.
