Reiters Syndrome
 
Anyone out there heard/have/know about this? I've searched the web a bit but find very little. Seems to be very rare and barely understood. My brother is supposed to be a textbook case of it.

It's Reiter's Syndrome - or reactive arthritis.

For some reason, it feels familiar to have looked it up again respective of your brother's dx.

The AAF (American Arthritis Foundation) is a long-standing one, and one that many - with arthritis - have likely heard of at some point - in testing, treatment or routine appointments. (Many rheumatologists keep copies of its informational materials and/or its magazine in their offices). This is what the AAF has online about Reiter's:
