I tried out my new Chi Vitalizer today

I ordered it just 2 days ago, and got it this morning!

You just put your ankles in it and lie on the floor while it gently sways your legs from side to side.

"Developed from the original concept of the movement of fish swimming."

It's supposed to help your lymph system. I don't know why, but you're supposed to drink a glass of water before and after. Something about ridding your body of toxins.

It automatically shuts off in 15 minutes, but I just tried about 5 min. today. It was okay I guess. Different. My head was just a little buzzy afterward for a short time.

I'm going to do this twice a day for a week and see if there's any improvement on this ole body. If you're curious, (not YOU, monkey) you can Google "Chi Exerciser" and take a look. Mine does not have the infrared stuff.

is this supposed to help with any edema?

can you pm me the link?

because of my back problems and spinal cord impingement (sp), i have real weird stuff going on. :(

Let us know if it seems to work.

Somehow, at least lately, I can't picture myself getting on the floor and doing this and then getting back up. Although, I certainly can picture DDs looking at me with that look of "Mom's lost it" and then looking at each other "Who's going to make that call? Not me." LOL

Just so you know, my SIL has had one for several years and recommended it. She raves about hers.

She has had bouts with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, so I'll have to ask her if it helps with that.
