Meg, hope you find us and say hello!

Dear friends I met a new friend on the Disney forum I read and post to. She is a young gal with heavy heart that can use some dear friends.
The anxiety level is high and panic attacks so I told her lots of kind friends to listen and send cyber hugs.

I hope she can find us.

I'm here it's working.

I've been looking around on the boards and I'm overwhelmed to say the least. I'm afraid to even post about what's going on because what I have to deal with is nothing compared to the struggles other people have. (No offense to anyone, I just can't justify comparing my anxiety/panic attacks to MS or cancer.)

I am hoping this forum can help me learn to handle my situation. I feel extremely alone and I haven't had any direction or help until the Wonderful Ms.DiMarie reached out her hand to me and offered a safe place to go.

I look forward to gaining information and also offering my help when I can.

Hi I'm a friend of dmom3005, Donna and as she and lots of the others
here would tell you. No one has a problem worse than another, and
no one will make there problem worse than yours.

I've been feeling sorry for myself and she always reminds me that I
have to put some effort into life or it will go right past me. So I decided
that she was right. And I stopped trying to make myself feel that I wasn't
worthy of the help because my problems weren't as bad as hers, or the
people with cancer, ms, epilepsy, diabetes or anyother thing.

And honestly I have to say that to me anyone that deals daily with anxiety
and any form of any of these things.

Depression, bi-polar, split personality, hallucinations, phycic things. And
takes the time to wake up every morning and put on a smile.
Try to get out and say hello, wave and be a wonderful person.
Is just that in my book.

So please don't ever say someone else has it worse. Just because
its hard to see your disability. No one has a clue what you have
been through, and until you want to give us on the forum a chance
to be friends. And help, we can't.

So remember, As dmom3005 would say, tell all you want, give all you can,
and you will get all you need.

HI MEGVEG!
Glad you found us!
Don;t you worry that your issues are small. Gee even if we burn a meal and need a quick fix we post. You and I have the issues of the anxiety and panic attacks right now and many of us here to. The days all have the same challanges and I am so hapy for the support from the gang.
Evey one has such knowledge about things to help, medications, doctors and even if a family member has illness we care for each other.
and just call me Di
your a sweety and will many.
I am on this forum and the thoracic outlet. The Community forum and social chat are some you may want to read in too.

If you are in school I am not sure if there is a forum here or in the other forum I would post in but I can check. School is a challange with anxiety. Ine acomadation my 12 1/2 year old has is taking her time with test, no timing in a quiet room. I am actually thinking of her going to a cyber school this fall. She was homebound for anxiety this year since January.
I better get to bed. I could not fall asleep and wanted to see if you found us.
hugs and nity nite!

Dear Megveg,

:welcome_sign:

Welcome.
How are you?
I only post on this board. You don't need all the other boards. Ignore them if you want.

Mari

welcome
I only post on this board too. I feel very safe on this board. The people are so wonderful and you can safely spill your heart out.
I was just put on prozac and I seem to have less panic attacks. I am also on klonopin which is great for anxiety.
Tell us more about yourself if you want. We are a very caring group. We all have different problems and some of the same problems. I am probably the oldest member, sixty four, and was only diagnosed almost seven years ago.
