Hi Kim! Idk when you wrote this post, hope not too long ago and you still check in here once in awhile..I'm Julie. I have PCT and SLE (systemic lupus). I get itchy necrotizing rashes and lesions, mainly in sun exposed areas and am very photosensitive too!
