rush limbaugh, clear channel comm.--hurt them thru their pocketbook
 

in thinking about how to make an impact on clear channel/rush limbaugh it occurred to me that the only way is thru their pocket books. Perhaps finding out the sponsors for rush's broadcast in our respective areas, and calling and/or writing letters expressing outrage over the broadcast and the possibility of boycotting their products would help. It is a tactic that helped in our area when our airwaves were scheduled to be used to show a political documentary that was blatantly election propaganda under the guise of "educational material" (if I am remembering their pretense correctly). There were 2 major automobile sellers who pulled their adds off the television station for awhile beacause of all the phone calls they received....
