Travelling tomorrow

So I wanted to start a thread tonight since my nerves are about shot and I won't have access to the computer for almost two days. I will be thinking about you all and hoping things go over well for us, it will be nice to swim in a big pool. This is the size of the one we got:

And this is the pool we'll be swimming in...

I am looking forward to it and am bringing a lot of stuff, so we feel comfortable, like we're bringing my cpap of course, and three changes of clothes and bathing suits, and our pillows. :) I use a buckwheat hull pillow and love it wouldn't be without it's support. It's the only way I get to lay on my side or back and be comfortable. ;)

In better spirits today but Jackie was all over the place again today like he was the day before and the day before that. I feel bad because he's got to be bored, but we can only do so much you know? School starts in ONE WEEK! I can hardly wait! I have not heard anything about either a new aide or behaviorist so I doubt it's happening any time soon. Oh well. :)

I've been gone and am way behind. Good traveling.

Thanks everyone! It should be a lot of fun, I'll post about it when we get back. I woke up with my shoulder really aching and took something for it so I can go back to sleep soon, just had to post and check in with the forum. I am going to miss it and you all, but it's only for two days, tomorrow and weds. Take care everyone! :grouphug:

Hi Pam,

I hope you as much R&R as you can find. it gave me a good idea too before school starts. We can't get to the shore, but a night or day at a local hotel with a pool my destress me too.

i was only thurs and fri last week and it felt good. Tonight though a lot of anxiety. Stressed out and teary. Your plans sound like a plan, or at least a happy happy thought. I am glad that yoou have the big pool to loung away in and work on some healing from sun and fresh air.
Hope you come back destressed.
hugs

Ugh, I forgot Jackie's and Jack's deoderant and I misplaced the cough drops but other then that it's fine. I think Jackie would do okay on a trip, it's just going to be stressful is all and I don't want to drive at all. We got to swim last night and it was fun. But Jackie is awful today now that we're home. *Sigh*
