Have been up and down a lot lately. Still stresed out because I changed jobs and I am still trying to learn everything. I feel soo tired even if I have had 12 hours of sleep.

how have people been doing?

my depression has been ok, but my headaches have been so so and I've been having a lot of fatigue from Fibro

I'm so happy to see this forum open since I don't get out to see people very often
