Thank you, WOW I didn't know tea had that much, I drink tea at dinner trying to cut back on my caffeine intake so that really has not helped me.

Oh heck YEAH for my coffee. :D

I didn't know about the diabetes findings. Hrm! Maybe that's why I am so healthy when it comes to my blood work? ;) I drink quite a bit of the stuff, and have for years.

When I get the feeling of the in the throat, I stop for the day. Not often I drink so much that I get that.

I too drink a lot of water to compliment the coffee intake. :)

Caffeine

It certainly would depend on how strong you make your coffee or your tea. Mine isn't that strong. JMO

I like mine strong, and I've always drank it black. No sugar/sweetener either :)

I don't use any sugar/sweetener or cream, etc. either:)
