Foot spasm?
My left foot is so tight that it's painful to walk. The pain is on the bottom ball of the foot. I used quite a bit of muscle rub last night which didn't burn whatsoever and helped a bit. I was wondering if this could be an MS symptom or something else. I haven't exercised or injured it but I did see a new neurologist who did not look into this while I was there so that's where my confusion comes in.

Hi PetPuppy.:) Pain or achyness in the ball of your foot could be from many things. Does it work into a spasm or is it numb and tingly? That would tell you that it probably is a MS thingy.
If it's just sore and painful, then it could be a planters wort or something like that. Have your PCP look at your foot to see if it's an injury or what? In the meantime, sit down, put your feet up and have a hot or cold toddy (depending on where you live..:D Healing Hugs, |
Well, once again Sally C took the words right out of my keyboard. I can't add much more to what she said except to second her suggestion to visit your PCP/GP and have them take a good look at it. It may not be MS at all.
Other things can and do happen to your body but for some reason we always want to blame it on MS. That's why I ALWAYS go see my PCP first if there could be any question about it. Best to you and keep us informed. |
