Scalene muscle block

hi, wondering if anyone in Massachusetts has had a scalene muscle block, which nowadays is one of the few conclusive diagnostic tests for tos. If so would you let me know who might be performing this procedure in Mass. or thereabouts.

Anyone in general ever had a successful scalene block? Is the relief instantly noticeable?
