I just wanted to drop in to say hi and give everyone a big :grouphug:

It has been crazy crazy around here the last few weeks. You know that one step forward two steps back dance? Well we've been doing that around here! Seems there is always something going wrong.

We are leaving Thursday to go to Pittsburgh...coming back home on the 2nd. It isn't going to be much of a vacation or pleasure trip though. Dh's dad is in a rehab/nursing home and mom is all alone so we're going up to help her out some. Lots of papers, legal stuff to fill out and do. Hopefully though dh and I will be able to squeeze in at least one day to ourselves so we can get out and see the sights.

I hope everyone is okay...you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

So good to hear from you! Hope things settle down for you so you can relax a bit more. I know that two-step forward, one-step back thing...tries the paitence of saints!

Glad to see you posting, Susan. That's very sweet of ya'll to go give DH's Mom some company. Be sure to post any pictures you take while you're up there. You always take such good pictures! I hope you have a nice get-away - are you driving or flying? :)

Enjoy the trip!You are doing something that is really good and important. I know how hard it is to do paper work , legal stuff. It is twice as hard as doing it for ourselves. So, do relax any time you can. Hope you do get some time by yourselves! :)
