choroid plexus how can we help

always the engineer I have been looking at the system components of my brain and CSF production and have found this choroid plexus thingy :confused: are the glands responsible for CSF production in the brain. Now as a project manager extra productivity comes at a price? now if these choroid plexus guys are working overtime to compensate for the leak there gona need more materials, I am having a lot of muscle cramps in my feet which I always associated with low salts. So what is CSF made out of ? what raw materials do I need to put into the supply chain to help the choroid plexus to up productivity ? so do we know of any supplements we can take ?

all this has given me a headache so I will have to have a lay down now :confused: I will try to find out more when feel a bit better, so any info appreciated
