Hi, My 1st msg on this forum. Does anyone have any info on how to get a stationary tandem bike? Heard that it helps you very much. FranS

Someone suggested and this what I'm going to do.I'll buy a stationary bike[ebay or craigs list] and then buy a bike trainer. For those who do not what a bike trainer is,it is something one mounts their bike on indoors which allows them to ride their bike[indoors].In other words one is converting their bike into a stationary bike.

Go to Google and search "stationary tandem bike" Many, Many, choices of many different prices. Most are quite expensive for the kind of thing we are looking for. Check out "Craig's List". They tend to be more realistic. May have to buy trainer stand seperate. Also very expensive! Pity there is not a "PD" site where older members might pass on something like this for a nominal price.:grouphug:
