I can't believe I was doing it wrong all these years.
We must get the word out.

That does look a bit tricky .... but maybe you could consider it exercise!

:D

LOLOL!! I used to do that with my kids. :D

Well  I don't actually think it's funny. Just a couple years ago I was LAYERING my heaviest clothes to go to the neuro and trying to sneak my heavy purse with me onto the scale. I was careful to eat a BIG bunch of bananas the morning of an appointment and drink enormous amounts of water .... doing everything I could to ADD every ounce I could.
He was furious because I USED to have so much trouble keeping my weight over 100 lb.
He always treatened to hospitalized me to to see if a hospital diet would make me gain more weight than my home diet consisting of Diet Pepsi, cigarettes and Ding Dongs.
~sigh~

Sounds like you have the same problem I do, Jingle...:p

Guess we both just need to get lead soles on our shoes, huh?

Oh Idealist :o I wish I could shed a little lead. AND YOU COULD HAVE SOME OF IT :p
I quit smoking 14 months ago so I've gained and gained and gained. After 61 years of being skinny ....................... I'm overweight
