Need Prayers
One my very best friends is in a medical crisis right now. She was having some strange neuro and heart type sx and went to the doctor the other day. He sent her for some heart testing and a CT scan of her brain.
He called her the yesterday and apparently she has a mass in her brain behind her nose near her eye. She is terrified and I am, too. She has to have an MRI to get a better handle on it. We are all praying it is something benign and treatable. |
I'm on it, Holl, this stuff is so scary. :hug:

prayers are being sent out for your friend Holly.
Hugs to you both.:hug::hug: |
You know what haunts me? When I first started having neuro sx and had my first MRI and it came back suspicious for MS, I said "well thank goodness it isn't a brain tumor"! I'm so sad for her to have to go through this.
I remember one doctor thinking I could have cancer or ALS and how scary that was. The opthalmologist thought of a brain tumor because of my presentation with the torsional nystagmus, but I already had an MRI that just showed all of my lovely smallish white spots, so I didn't have to worry then. I really hope they can get a real quick MRI for her and that she won't have to worry too long without answers. |
Holly, I'm praying for her....this is so scary...but when it's happening to you it's terrifying.
Like you, I can remember praying that what I had was MS....cause I had convinced myself it was a brain tumor. Please keep us posted on the outcome of the MRI. In the meantime she's got lots of prayers being said for her. :hug: |
Holly - Saying some prayers for your friend right now. I hope all goes well and, like you, hope it is something benign and treatable.:hug:
