The needle war is on? :)

Someone I know in Canada has been using it for about 3 mo already. He said the needle has greatly reduced his site reactions and painful injections, but it takes about twice as long to empty (8 - 10 seconds, vs. 4 - 5). He said he withdrew the needle too early the first time and squirt the med everywhere.

That's a big DOH isn't it? ;)

Learning curve! :)

So when do we start getting these needles? Do you suppose we can ask for them? Or, more likely, we won't see them until the pharmacy runs out of the old supply. It could be a while, I'd imagine. Too bad.

I haven't been on Betaseron since December of 2004. Yesterday in the mail I received a very nice packet explaining about the new 30 gauge needle.

Now is that good use of Bayer resources???? I THINK NOT!!!

Maybe call the support line for Betaseron and see if they can provide them? :)
