Did they change this stuff? My Nana chewed this religiously, and I remember I always wanted to have a piece when I'd go to her room and see her.

Plus it turns my tongue blue LOL... since it's kinda brownish stained from the coffee. :cool: yellowish/brown + green = smurf blue?

Stopping smoking is definitely going to help BMS. There's no denying that smoking aggravates the heck out of the condition and the pain experienced.

It remains to be seen WHAT exactly is causing the BMS though at this time. That's why there's incoming dental/oral specialist in February, and got my chiropractor on the case talking to Osteopaths about a release technique. ;)
