FYI...an important reminder.....about meds
 

Please just wanted to remind us all that if we are going to stop taking our meds to not put them in the toilet. simply throw them into the trash.
all medications go into the water system and are not filtered out so lets keep our drinnking water as medication free as possible.

MrsD told us here or some place if I remember bizi, but it's a good idea to have this out there for newer members because it's true, traces of SSRI's are found along with other drugs in our water supplies. :p
