What brand B12

I have been using Source Naturals B12 and have been reading that some new bottles of Source Naturals come with a sticker on the top. This sticker says something about containing wheat. These stickers are said to be found even on bottles that state they are GF. I have read that the response of SN is they don't know what their suppliers send  I have not contacted SN myself.

What brand of methylcobalamin 1000mcg do you recommend? I think I want to change to a more GF friendly company.

That's interesting. I have been using Source Naturals B12 too. When I get home I will have to look at the bottle. It has been awhile since I have ordered though, but mine did not come with a sticker on them as yours did.

We use Jarrow B12:

We've been using this for at least a year, maybe more.

I had a problem with the Source Naturals Taurine in that I got a new bottle with the sticker on the lid and I had an old bottle with the same lot # where the label specifically said it was GF. When I called Source Naturals about it, they said there is no gluten in the Taurine but that it was run on the same line as something else with gluten in it so that since labelling laws changed they had to add the "contains wheat" bit and that their suppliers were supposed to put the label on all the bottles and my previous bottle must have just slipped through.

I personally am not going to buy more Source Naturals stuff until I know they've changed the label and are not just counting on a sticker on the lid. Also, since I buy most of my supplements online, I can't see if the lid has a sticker on it and I can't count on the description online at the various places I buy.

I've used about four different brands over the years...back to Jarrow.

Thanks. I have been considering Jarrow but the iherb site does not mention no gluten. Glad to hear it is gluten free. I don't think I will support a company that puts a CYA sticker on bottles that state GF - that is too confusing for me.

I just got some of the Jarrow stuff. I've had a nerve jumping in my eye for over a week. I had run out of B12, but had been using the kind that starts with a "c". So, I ordered some from iherb, got it a day or so later (they're close by!). My eye stopped twitching and I slept incredibly well last night. Wow!
