Pain tracking diary -online

A member om our RSD forum posted this pain tracking website, I thought it would be useful for many other conditions -

http://www.reliefinsite.com/
[ It allows the patient to maintain a daily interactive pain diary that you can allow your doctors, caregivers and family (if you choose) to assess the information.]
a basic free version as well as paid subscription with more features.

[How it works

* The ReliefInsite diary is easy-to-use and provides a step-by-step approach.
* As shown in the illustration, entries are automatically organized into reports that can be printed and given to your doctor or securely shared online.
* ReliefInsite creates a history of your condition presented in charts and graphs that are easy to understand.
* All diary records are controlled by you and can be accessed at any time from our secure website.

Wow! I don't visit for a couple of weeks and I miss something i've been searching for for 2 years! This seems so much better than me writing it down and then losing the paper.

Jo, you kick ***** :D thank you

Hi Dab, :)
I saw that on the RSD forum and thought it would be so useful for so many other conditions...

I use it - to keep track of aches and pains, locations, and activities/causes etc.
