1st legal step against landlord
 

Hi all,

I mailed my landlord a certified letter this morning giving him 21 days to comply to my complaint or else I pray tell that the court will let me pay my rent to the court in escrow until it is settled. It has taken me since June to get this far. I'm sure that the dirty stuff will hit the fan soon as a result of this.

Thank you two. I have done much research into it and have made hundreds of calls. I won't be needing a lawyer although I did ask mine to read over the letter I sent to my landlord first.
