Hi guys

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say "HI" to everyone. I have missed you all. I'm doing pretty good. I said hi at the "other place" too. I guess that's one reason I haven't posted yet...I was trying to see where everyone was going to go...or stay...whatever lol. I guess I'll just post some at both places for a while. It's great to see so many of you here!-Hyper

Hi Hyper,
It is great to see you? http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/happy/jump.gif
How have you been? Are you doing ok? Busy?

We had a weird time with the board down. Some of us found this place while we were waiting.

Hi everyone!!!:) I am ok, tired a lot, but what else is new:rolleyes: My kids are doing ok too. My youngest son, the one that had so much trouble with school last year, seems to be doing better. He is still quite "hyper", but he likes his teachers this year and so far, so good. My oldest seems to be going through a rebellious phase......ugh, teens!!!:( As they say, this too shall pass...........I'm just hoping it will be sooner rather than later!!! My daughter, she's 11 now, thinks she's 16 LOL She has changed a LOT since last year! It's amazing how much difference there has been in one little year! I guess it's because she entered middle school this year...suddenly it's all about hair, clothes, and girly stuff LOL

That pretty much sums up my life LOL Boring...but hey, I like it that way!!! Drama is something I can definitely do w/out!!!

We are moved in our house now. I LOVE it! Also, my niece's cd came out not long ago. I would give info as to where you can hear it if anyone is interested, but I'm afraid it would be against the rules here because it's at a site where it is for sale and I don't want to appear that I'm trying to push her cd on anyone. I'll try to figure out another way to share a song or two with any of you that just want to hear it. She sings country and she's really talented! She's going to be on the cover of Texas Music Monthly (I hope I have that title right, I really need to double check LOL) in January. She's had a couple of offers from Indi labels, but nothing that has sounded really great yet so we've been holding off for now. She's only 15 and we don't want to get her stuck in something she can't get out of until she's 18! Music is one tough business!-Hyper

Great to hear from you

Dear Hyper,
It's so great to hear from you and even better to hear that you are going fine. I'm glad that the kids are doing well too.
Teenage years are something else -- something I was glad to put behind me. Even at the time, I was aware that if I could get through those years intact, the rest of my life would be a piece of cake. I was right.

Tell about the house. Please. :D
i just moved into a bigger apartment and I like to hear about moving people. Did you make changes to the house?
What's it like to live a little farther from your relatives?

I'd love to hear your neice's CD. http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/musical/note.gif
http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/musical/sing.gif It sounds like something you have been spending time on. That's good that you are making progress on this project of yours.

I have a friend of mine that her boys are adhd and she is so frustrated....she said her youngest 11 yo i think just has no impulse control and does things that seem to be beyond his control...almost like he can't help what he does...
is it really that way or do you think that he can be better control on a different med?
just wondering.
