"Arthritis Friendly" tips
 

Since my rsd is in my hands and arms, I look for things that the arthritis institute has approved, and ask my pharmacist for "easy open caps" for my rx's. I have happened upon a website that also lists arthritis friendly tips on how to do things around the house. Thought I'd post it here for those of you who are interested:
