I waited all day for this! The very best time, in the history of the whole world, to go grocery shopping is Halloween at twilight!:D:cool:

I felt so sorry for the line of bored cashiers, I checked out, loaded what I had in the car and did the rest of my shopping so I could help one more of them pass the night.

That was nice of you to help the cashiers pass the time tonight!

We went out to dinner, and the restaurant was empty except for three tables. The waitress said the bar will fill up later in the evening but not the tables for food.

We also did some shopping, and the stores were pretty empty. Except for the thrift store which had a ton of college kids trying to find costumes to wear tonight. I personally think the guys choosing women's clothing had a great idea!

So did you get a good deal on all the leftover candy? You did buy candy, didn't you??? :p

Well, Kell, nope. I am not much of a candy lover, it didn't even occur to me!

All that chocolate.......just sitting there......at half price......it's just a sin. Just a sin.....

Also for parents, not sure everywhere...but Halloween day is sometimes a good day to get the kids pictures done....over the years....early afternoon before trick or treat...is usually quiet at those store type pic places....hugss,sarah
