Belize does not observe daylight-saving time. During half of the year they are equivalent to Central Standard Time in the United States, but during daylight-saving time, Belize keeps the same clock as Mountain Time in the United States.

I remember much the same way as you do Vonn.

We FALL back to Autumn and the Winter months....so that's when we turn the clocks back...

the...we SPRING forward to Summer so that's when we put our clocks forward.

I used to find it hard to remember, but this way works for me!

Don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke detectors when you change your clocks!

Do I have to set my alarm for 2 AM just to change the time?? :p

Just kidding.....I used to work with a girl who always complained that it was such a nuisance to have to wake up at 2 AM just to move the time back or forward (depending on the time of year).

Finally, I told her "Cindy (yes, her name was Cindy!!!), you can change your time before you go to bed. It doesn't have to be done right at 2 AM." She tried it and was so excited to report back to me that it worked!!!
