Time Error?

The time showing for me here at NT is 1 hour fast. I have reset my options, killed my cookie and reset again, but it still shows wrong.

In the Edit Options section of UserCP did you set this one? Date & Time Options - Time Zone & DST Correction Option?

[In addition, you may set the appropriate option to allow for daylight savings time in your part of the world.
DST Correction Option
:]

If it is checked try un checking it to see if that is better or worse..

Thanks friends, I've tried everything and nothing works. I guess if it's not an NT problem, I'll just have to live with it..

The time on my PC is correct cuz I reset it, I tried to reset NT, but nothing works.....I either gain an hr or lose an hr..

Thanks again..:grouphug:

UPDATE: I fixed it by checking "DST always off".....hmmmmmm.

DM 11-12-2008 09:22 PM

my time is off too, Sal! Guess I'll go poke around User CP and see if I can fix it.

DM 11-12-2008 09:31 PM

My NT time is an hr ahead of real time. Just checked my pc and the time is correct on it. Thanks Sal Pal~ this didn't bother me till you drew my attn to it.

*hey, gotta blame someone* wink

It probably has something to do with now that the gov has changed the "standard" time change date.

so setting it "off" in your user options should be the right fix.

I know our DVD/VCR did change times at the *old* weekend for time change - but the next day it was back to the correct time and then it made the correct time change on the *new* schedule..

By George (I mean Jo55) I think I"ve got it!!!!

Thanks, now I can rest easy tonight.....
