Bacteria in water

Question, for anyone that might now.

Derrick's school tested last week, so today they started with bottle
water and then also using bottle water cooking. And they are
closing tomorrow. I'm guessing it turned out really hard to use bottle
water for cooking.

Its hit the high school and a elementary next door.

But the real reason I'm worried is that Derrick has not been eating like
himself since Friday. And then he had what I believe is probably
a seizure at school today.

Which of course is normal for him. The eating could be with the seizure
or I'm wondering what could be happening with bacteria in water.

Anyone know.

what kind of bacteria

Hi, Donna,
I just looked up the news story on googl.
That's kind of gross. I guess it is good that they found the bacteria and that they did something about it.

I think you need to know what kind of bacteria before you go search for conections to the seizures. The news sites said that the name of the bacteria had not been released.

I hope that Derek is ok.

OMG...that is awful. I hope Derrick is okay. They should tell you what type of bacteria is in the water, ro how you can find out.

Hugs, Nikko:hug:

Donna,
Well, I am glad that he is safe home with you.

I read that they revealed that the bacteria is E. coli.
They said that the water tested clean the first week of November -- so that is good to know that it is likely a new thing and that they got on top of it as soon as they could.
I hope that they found the source and can clean it up.

I hope that they check the school for mold also. Sometimes black mold can grow in areas that people don't expect. I'm sure you know about this. I thought that I should mention it.

I hope that this doesn't cause worry. Allergies can cause unusual problems. BF:hug::hug::hug:
