peripheral neuropathy
 

(way back 2001 my father died at the age of 63, as his doctors diagnose him Peripheral Neuropathy (motor sensor problem) all his muscle was totally mislay till his muscle to breath was also affected until he die.)
I’m 32 yrs old now, At the age of 23 I feel something different on my right thigh, numbness and sometimes pin needle that something moving inside that make feel itchy, and while I finish to play my favorite sports basketball I feel lots of muscle pulse which I though its normal,
I stop drinking alcohol at the age of 27 when I feel my adrenaline weak while i playing basketball. I try to have some doctors advice regarding what I feel but when I try, even I story about my fathers history they only check my blood and when results came they telling I am normal as 100% which I know in my own feeling its not because the feeling of numbness is still there & now a days I feel little ache on my back waist. My question is if I really have this peripheral neuropathy which hereditary from my father, there’s any medication for this illness or even medicine so that the progression is slowed?

It' really good to meet you. Maybe you and I need to talk. The symptoms you describe sound virtually identical to my earliest symptoms, and I have gone undiagnosed for seven years now. It started with that feeling of being pricked inside by a splinter or a needle, and also caused muscle weakness. Maybe we could share notes and it might help each other out? Hi, I have similiar symptoms and was diagnosed with idiopathic pn. Started in my feet, and now I have a weakness in my arms as well. I would go to a good neuro, and keep trying to you get answers good luck

this sounds like meralgia paresthetica...
 

If it does not change, move, or involve other parts of the body, then MP is most likely.

MP only involves sensory (feeling) nerves in the upper thigh.
Motor is not affected.

Fig 2B shows a diagram of the affected nerve.
It can come from surgery to the hip, abdomen, or from wearing too tight jeans/pants/belts. Some men get it from keeping a thick wallet in a back pocket in jeans/trousers.

If you search the term in our search function here forum wide, there are posts scattered around about it.

You can also have a blood test for vitamin B12 as well to rule out a deficiency of this vitamin which when low damages nerves. A certain drug that may be available in SE Asia for diarrhea called Vioform (clioquinol) causes B12 deficiency and is very serious. If you have used this drug, see a doctor immediately. I don't know if you have it in the Phillipines.
It is still available in some countries.
