New summin goin on............

Hi guys is this just another gift from the MS??
I have RRMS. Anyways, I have a new oddity going on. Was wondering the poss of MS causitive.
When I stretch AFTER I finish the stretch my muscles sorta vibrate for oh I guess 10-20 seconds afterwards.
I will talk to the doc, but appt is not until ummmm next week. Just curious what the "pros" have to say. After all we live this crazy thing.
Hugs
Deb

At times that's happened to me also,Deb. I'm fairly certain it's normal with MS. Definitely bring it up to your neuro next week though. Let us know what he says.

Might be fasciculations. Definitely worth mentioning to your neuro.

I mentioned the same thing on another thread a few days ago:

I'm fairly certain this is MS-related, and nothing to be too concerned about.

i don't know if it's the same but i have a lot of weakness in my muscles.
if they get too tired, for instance, and i lay down, i can feel the muscles in my calves twitching.

I get that too; so I show DH my muscle twitches in my legs and say "bet ya can't do this!"

When I get out of bed in the morning, stand up and stretch my leg muscles, they get all stiff and quivery and buzzy, like a big tuning fork. I can't bend my legs until it stops. I feel as though I must look like one of those cartoons, Bugs Bunny or Wile E. Coyote, when he gets electricuted.

Could be muscle fatigue. I get that a lot. After talking with neuro, we figured out it was MS related. For me, he's not too worried about it right now since my strength is still good in the exams.

B2Y - I feel like wiley coyote too. When he takes those earthquake pills, lol.

You guys

Are great!! Thanks so much for the prompt responses. I know it's a pain when the more experienced ones have to constantly answer the same old questions.!!
You all are wonderful!!
Thanks!! HUGS

Just Deb - I get them at random times (not only after stretching). Many times it feels like a tuning fork. LOL Then they feel rubbery for a bit afterwards.

Never feel bad about asking questions. We each learning something new with each thread that is started.
