can't copy and paste from photobucket

Now this is really stupid. I've been doing this for years so I DO KNOW how to upload a photo to photobucket.com. And I've been inserting images in my postings (on these forums) for years.

You go to where it says img, etc. and you highlight it and click on copy, then you go to your posting, and you click on paste, and VOILA!!! there is your picture, right?

Well, for some reason, (and everything went fine in the upload), and I have the photo on photobucket, but when I want to highlight the string of img, etc. etc, and then I click on paste, there is a different code there. It's an older code that I copied yesterday.

I tried this several times and no matter what I do, I can't seem to copy this to my clipboard.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

I tried going to Accessories and then tried to find where the clipboard is (so I could clear it), but to no avail.

Maybe clipboard is two words?

I must be doing something wrong because I've been doing it this way for years and never had a problem inserting a photo into a post on a message board.

And I know that with photobucket, it's the last string of codes. It begins with [img, then continues and ends with img].

so did something change??

thanks

Melody

Roger, you are a gem.

Here's is what I wanted to put in one of my threads. I cannot believe that this photo is for real, because if it is, I can't imagine what this guy eats.

I have this sneaking feeling that the poster of that photograph subscribes to something like Photoshop Mel. The sort of program where you can digitally enhance any photo that you want.
